The questioning Thania uses with teachers has increased the depth of their lessons and the resulting student engagement. Overall, it has been a tremendously positive experience for our students, teachers and myself, and I want to make sure that I shared that with you!
Thania is an eloquent speaker who obviously understands how to coach! Her capacity building on conveying the importance of recognizing purpose, goal, setting, and reaching full potential was refreshing and insightful. Thania is a gem who understands the coaching cycle – on a virtual realm (something we are still learning in MS). I truly enjoyed her presentation style, candor, and learning from her!
